I've been a regular customer for about 1 year - 3/4 times a week. The older man, who is always very friendly, didn't quite understand my order: 1 kebab plate with a little more meat, for an extra charge. After I realized that my order had not arrived correctly, I asked another customer to translate my order into Turkish. After several minutes of back and forth, the dear Dönner man finally understood what I wanted. All right, we laughed again at the misunderstanding. Until the younger Döner man came from the back of the kitchen ... I won't mention his name here. He aggressively took the box from his colleague and began to assemble the box (the doner plate). And then it started ... With a raised voice he started to insult and curse in TURKISH. Yes, I am not Turkish, but my friend is one and all of my friends, that is, I understand this language very well. He insulted me and my order. He started to quote a price that didn't match the normal price. All in Turkish. The older kebab man tried to calm him down all the time "sakin sakin". Insolence in another language to insult in the presence of customers. Pathetic, I will tell the boss personally and I have advised all my people against leaving any money there. He's lucky my friend didn't go there. The next time, always think twice about whether someone understands another language. Bye bye Hasso

Our favorite place to eat kebab for years. Döner is very rarely eaten anywhere else, we love it!

Tasty food, fast and friendly service. A wide variety of meals. Also they offer you fee Turkish tea after your main dish. Highly recommend if y iui y want to eat good food for reasonable price.

Dönerteller was not to be enjoyed, because dry meat and mushy fries with too much mayo sauce from the metro. Service unfriendly, but maybe you don't understand us.

We had finished work and wanted to eat something quickly and came by accident into the store. Doner costs 5 euros and you need two to get really full. The taste was the same for this price. Colleague says extra without tomatoes and onions, but gets exactly that! Not recommended

The food in Hasso'm is very good. The portions are generous and the value for money fits. Dee service is good and the ambiance is well maintained.

Very bad service since the chef was changed, for example I ordered a thunder plate 4 times without a salad and it was brought to me trd with salad and very little meat, although they understood it well they came in the end and said that it accidentally was. Just because salad is much cheaper than meat.

Fantastic, homemade, typical Turkish food. You can sit inside and the service is so nice and friendly that I have to smile even in a bad mood. The best Turkish restaurant I know.
